Maricopa County's very own Sherriff Joe Arpaio Recently, the county's Media-Whore in residence decided to show off his latest acquisition in this so-called "war on Terror" An armored assault vehicle similar to some of those currently in use in Iraq. he's a dangerous clown, and yet he managez to convince the general. populace to keep re-electing him. The idea is that a large percentage of people who inhabit the jail system (as opposed to the prison system) are pre-trial detainees.
